At VdS, all yarns quite literally come together during warping. Well‑warped is half‑woven, and our craftsmen know this better than anyone. With three versatile warping machines, we handle everything in‑house: for our own production as well as contract warping for other weaving mills. At VdS, we weave up to 3400 mm wide and master UD, 2D, 3D, spacer fabrics, multilayers, dobby, leno, and inline latexing. Thanks to our versatile machine park and continuous investments in advanced technology — including machines developed specifically for us — we keep pushing boundaries in creativity, precision, and flexibility. We process monofilament and multifilament yarns, tapes, and spun yarns in all conceivable man‑made fibers.

With our in‑house finishing expertise and a network of specialized finishing partners, we deliver the right finish, fully aligned with your technical requirements. raw materials
The diversity of raw materials we use reflects our broad expertise in technical fabrics. VdS‑Weaving processes a wide range of fibers, including PET, PA, HDPE, PE, PP, UHMWPE, glass, basalt, high‑modulus yarns, aramids, PTFE, inox, conductive and coated yarns — primarily in monofilament and multifilament, though spun and tape are equally familiar to us. We maintain a substantial stock of High‑Tenacity Polyester and process customer‑supplied materials with the same care and precision.
